Ru Yi Chinese Fine Dining

Famous for its authentic Chinese fine dining menu, Ru Yi’s signature dishes include Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Birds Nest Soup and other delicacies from mainland China and Hong Kong.  Meaning “Continuous Happiness”, Ru Yi also serves a Discovery Dinner set menu that is to-die-for. Its deep fried eggplant with chicken floss is addictive, sweet and juicy. Warm your soul with chicken herbal soup before indulging in the main course of sliced fried snapper with sweet and sour sauce, fried prawn coated with salted egg, homemade beancurd with three kind of mushrooms and yang chow fried rice before finishing with herbal jelly dessert or glutinous with ginger broth. With its warm eclectic ambience and authentic décor, Ru Yi is perfect for an evening of oriental delights so make your booking now for a culinary excellence you’ll never forget!

Sushi Tei Bali

Try Saba Shioyaki at Bali’s Favourite Japanese Restaurant, Sushi Tei. Saba, or its more common name, the mackerel is cooked with a sprinkling of salt – this method is called Shioyaki, hence the name of the dish; grilled salted mackerel or Saba Shioyaki. Focusing on its freshness, the Japanese would try their best to fish for them during fall and winter seasons, as it is believed that the mackerel caught during these particular times are fatter and bursting with more natural flavours.

Kori Restaurant & Bar

Kori Restaurant & Bar has a true magical charm, making you want to sit and linger over a cup of coffee while gazing at the tortoises splashing in the pond and enjoying the cool wind rustling through the greens. We tried the Focaccia Bread – a classic Kori favorite – dipped in succulent smoked eggplant, guacamole and spicy lentil before enjoying our main course of Sautéed fresh king prawns in garlic and oyster sauce with Bedugul vegetables and steamed rice and char – grilled chicken breast marinated in Chef Jaya’s seasoning served on garlic spaghetti with avocado salad.

Seminyak Kitchen at Courtyard by Marriott

Make time out of your busy days to grab a meal or two at Seminyak Kitchen. Located at Courtyard by Marriott in Seminyak, we guarantee delicious, satisfying and nutritious Asian, Indonesian and International flavours to get you through a hectic work day. Have a minute to yourself and just relax in this bright and breezy restaurant with its chilled-out, upbeat vibe or head on down to the pool bar for some signature cocktails or drinks!

What to eat here? Try the Signature Bloody Mary Burger; Ground beef patty mixed with Worcestershire, tabasco sauce & encrusted with cracked pepper topped with cheddar cheese, bacon & tomato tapenade. Or Ikan Bakar Seminyak ; Oven roasted catch of the day, sambal, kafir lime, steamed rice.
