Certification valid for all colours, logo and name related to the Beach Run name

KUTA, BALI – 9 OCT 2015 – The President and Founder of Bali Beach Run, Mr. Hendra Lapusa of PT. Trijaya Dewata, today announces that the Beach Run name, logo and all colours associated with the logo are now officially trademarked.

The certification was awarded to Beach Run after the immense success of its AirAsia Bali Beach Run 2015, which took place on 6 September at Kuta Beach, Bali with 1,800 participants from around the globe.

Mr. Hendra Lapusa, who first launched the extremely successful running event in 2013 in Bali said, “Since its launch we’re able to see this iconic event grow in leaps and bounds; from only 1500 runners to 2000 runners this year, from a beach run to a complete festival empowering the local community. “

"The Bali Beach Run is not just a running event – it is a reflection of our commitment to give back by empowering the local community to come together in the spirit of sports. Receiving the trademark is a major milestone for us, locally and especially internationally as we are going international next year together with our new Australian partner, Gold Coast Ultras with the new name; Beach Run International.”

Bali Beach Run is Indonesia's first run of its kind, introduced in November 2013 by PT. Trijaya Dewata. Bali Beach Run 2013 saw more than 1,500 runners taking part. It has since become a highly-anticipated event among local and international runners alike.
