Since its opening, Mason Gourmet Bakery has produced only delicious, high quality baked goods that are made fresh daily. Here, you’ll find more than 60 types of pastries and cakes ranging from brown bread, burger buns, multigrain, and sourdough, to baguettes, Danish, brownies, croissants, waffle sandwiches, a multitude of cakes and much more. The full range of the bakery can be found at the Mason Adventure Café in Ubud. Craving for an icy-cool sweet? Mason Gourmet Gelato provides an extensive range of more than 20 deliciously varied gelato and sorbet crafted to the highest quality for fantastic taste and enticing appearance. Whether Vanilla, Pistachio, Cookies & Cream, the more intricate flavours like Cheesecake, Hazelnut Cream, Rum & Raisins or the all-time favourites Salted Caramel and Mixed Berries, you’ll be sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. The good news is that Mason Gelato can be found in various outlets across Ubud and at all Mason Adventures establishments. In 2017, Mason Adventures officially launched Mason Gourmet Chocolate to create some of the best chocolates on the island, together with Koko Bambu Restaurant that serves stellar International cuisine like Wrapped Peking Duck and Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet in a beautifully natural bamboo building with views across verdant rice fields. Every piece of Mason Gourmet Chocolate is inspired by nature and crafted to perfection using only the best hand-picked cocoa beans sourced throughout the Indonesian archipelago and made with the latest Italian technology to create a unique ‘tropical blend’ infused with the finest organic ingredients. Its brand new Chocolate Factory is housed at Koko Bambu in Tatag, and here, you can join in a guided tour to watch the chocolate-making process where cocoa beans are turned into an extensive range of deluxe chocolates including pralines, truffles, chocolate thins, coated nuts and bars in dark, milk or white chocolate with a large assortment of filings, all wrapped and boxed in colorful packaging that is both elegant and functional.
