Sakanaya Fish Market by Ryoshi is proud to announce that it will be expanding on its vegetarian selections which will be available to all diners soon at its outlet on Sunset Road, Bali. Sakanaya serves the freshest ocean produce and some vegetarian selections which currently include Wakame Salad, Organic Salad, Gomaae, Brown Rice, Non-GMO Soybean Japanese-Style Tofu and Tempeh, Potato Strings and Wedges.
A new dish; the Burrito with Smoked Tempeh & Tofu or Taco with Smoked Tempeh & Tofu is a definite must-try. Using pita or corn bread, this dish is a delicious combination of smoked tempeh, tofu and fresh greens, all rolled into a tantalizing wrap and filled with Jalapeno Sauce, Avocado Spread and Tomato Salsa for the most delightful meal. Add extra chilies, spices or sambal to your liking! The smoking process uses wood brought in from Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur and Kemangi leaf, which leaves behind a distinctly piquant aroma and flavour that will have you coming back for more!
Sakanaya, as is all brands under the Ryoshi umbrella is proud to be a health-conscious establishment. Sakanaya uses only Non-GMO Soybean Japanese Style Tofu and Tempeh that are great options for vegans; choose from 3 different types namely Silken Tofu/Kinugoshi Dofu, Semi-Hard Tofu/Saga Dofu and Hard Tofu/Momen Dofu. Healthy eaters must also try the Ahi Poke Salad or the Ahi Poke Bowl featuring raw tuna or raw salmon on a bed of fresh greens or rice and Japanese dressing.
