Since its opening, Mason Gourmet Bakery has produced only delicious, high quality baked goods that are made fresh daily. Here, you’ll find more than 60 types of pastries and cakes ranging from brown bread, burger buns, multigrain, and sourdough, to baguettes, Danish, brownies, croissants, waffle sandwiches, a multitude of cakes and much more. In 2017, Mason Adventures officially launched Mason Gourmet Chocolate to create some of the best chocolates on the island, together with Koko Bambu Restaurant that serves stellar International cuisine like Wrapped Peking Duck and Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet in a beautifully natural bamboo building with views across verdant rice fields.
