Padi Fine Dining Is Now Open For Lunch

Padi Fine Dining, a landmark of Bali’s pescatarian gastronomy at Desa Visesa Ubud, is finally open for lunch offering contemporary cuisine by blending the finest local produce with fresh and exciting flavours, colours and textures. Guest will have a sophisticated choice of three and five courses of vegetarian and pesco-vegetarian dishes with wine pairing which showcases Chef Dedi’s amazing skill and passion. Must-tries are the beautiful and freshly-cooked Butter Poached “Bay Rock Lobster”; the Crusted “Day Caught Snapper” with five spices, and asparagus cream. Non-meat dishes include Cauliflower Risotto with caramelized cauliflower, pickled onions, mushroom powder and smoked aubergine with hoisin, rice skin and onion soubise. Watch live cooking at the Chef’s table as you dine. With only 30 seat capacity, Padi Fine Dining is open from 12 pm to 3 pm for lunch and dinner from 6 pm to midnight. Jl.
