Jamie’s Italian Kuta Beach is proud to announce the appointment of Jovan Koraag as Head Chef for their only restaurant in Indonesia. Formerly as part of the opening team, Jovan has worked his way up in several restaurants in Bali before positioned himself as Head Chef of Jamie’s Italian Kuta Beach. Jovan is a graduate from SHATEC (The International Singapore Hotel and Tourism College) where he took Culinary Arts. The Head Chef began his career in Pan Pacific Singapore. Prior to joining Jamie’s Italian, he perfected his culinary skills at Blujaz Restaurant Group in Singapore and Malaysia, Savana Restaurant and Bar in Bali and Fresto Artisan Gourmet Cuisine Restaurant and Bar in Seminyak Bali. Commenting on his new role, Jovan said, “I am a big fan of Jamie Oliver, and I was inspired after seeing him on TV. I enrolled in Culinary School because of him.
