Driven by his passion for Western cuisine, Chef Ganesha is expected to inject innovation and energy into both dining venues at Alaya Resort Ubud. Chef Ganesha brings nearly 10 years of culinary experience from around the world to this new role. Originally from Jakarta, he has held senior positions at several star-rated hotels and restaurants around Indonesia as well as international destinations such as Dubai and Doha. Throughout his career, Chef Ganesha has always exhibited an intuitive determination in his pursuit for culinary excellence. With a personal cooking style defined by his desire to preserve the original flavours of fresh ingredients with artfully presented plates, Chef Ganesha also likes to blend Western and Indonesian cultural influences.  Jl.
