Choose to pay an additional IDR 199,000 per person for free-flow non-alcoholic beverages or IDR 399,000 per person for free-flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. All rates are subject to 21 per cent government tax and service charge. Guests can expect homemade pasta and pizzettas from the brick oven, plus main courses including fresh fish and frutti di mare prepared to order on the charcoal grill. There will also be antipasti, cold meats and sweet Italian specialties, gelato and granita.

Dig in and start with the Arancini – rice balls stuffed with mushrooms, thyme and cheese; Burrata Mozzarella – Italian milk cheese with sweet and sour tamarillo, flame-roasted peppers and hazelnut; and Calamari Fritti with lemon and salsa verde. There are Italian Salads with Grilled Vegetables, Romaine Hearts and Shrimp and Mango with Chili Lime Vinaigrette and Bruschetta with Cherry Tomatoes and Olives; Octopus with Smoked Paprika, Red Chilies and Soy Beans and Baquerones; or Fresh Anchovies with Spicy Fennel Relish. Pasta dishes include the Tortellini with Goat Cheese and Tiger Prawns; Spaghetti with Pancetta, Thyme and Organic Egg; and Penne Ricci with Slow-Cooked Lamb, Artichoke, Green Olives and Mint. Handpicked Dishes of The Day is a delicious assortment of Frittata with Hand-Picked Crab, Ricotta and Zucchini; Chicken Wings Alla Diavola; and Meatballs Al Forno. For desserts, you won’t want to miss out on the Watermelon and Crushed Strawberries flavoured ice; the Semifreddo with White Chocolate, Passionfruit and Ginger Crumbs; Tiramisu with Mascarpone Custard, Whipped Cream, Coffee and Rum-Soaked Sponge Biscuits; and Mini Gelato Cones with your choice of flavour.
