Terms & Conditions for Reservation: Low Season The cut off date for the low season is 14 days prior to arrival. For any cancellation or amendment after the cut off date will be charged 50% of total room night reserved. High & Peak Season The cut off date for the high and peak season is 21 days prior to arrival. For any cancellation or amendment after the cut off date will be charged 50% of total room night reserved. Booking Policy : You are required to make a booking in writing by fax or email correspondence. Villa Daun will provide a written confirmation by fax or email in return. Cancellation is only received in writing by fax or email. No show will be charged the full 100% of total room night reserved. In case of force majored, there will be no cancellation charge but Villa Daun will keep the payment for the next reservation. Billing Information Any confirmation of reservation must be followed by a 50% deposit before the cut off date. Late Payment by US$ bank note, Rupiah bank note, Master card or Visa card only. payments must be approved by Bali Luxury Holiday. Balance of payment must be paid upon check in. Late payment must be approved by Villa Daun. Should you have any special payment requests, please discuss it with Bali Luxury Holiday. Child Policy One child under 10 year old sharing with adults and use existing bedding is free of charge.
