All the above rates are including to government tax.

Extra bed is available for US$30 (Rp.300.000 for Domestic) per person per night, including all the above benefits and 21% tax and service.
Check-in time 14:00 and check-out time 11:00, day use subject to 50% off late check-out time from 11:00 until 18:00.
High season surcharge: add US$20 (Rp.200.000 for Domestic)/villa/night from 01/07/08 to 31/08/08.
Peak season surcharge: add US$30 (Rp.300.000 for Domestic)/villa/night from 20/12/08 to 07/01/09, with minimum 2 nights stay for c/i on 24, 25, 30 and 31 Dec, with compulsory dinner US$80 net per person on Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Terms & Conditions for Reservation:
Low Season
The cut off date for the low season is 14 days prior to arrival. For any cancellation or amendment after the cut
off date will be charged 50% of total room night reserved.
High & Peak Season
The cut off date for the high and peak season is 21 days prior to arrival. For any cancellation or amendment
after the cut off date will be charged 50% of total room night reserved.
Booking Policy :
You are required to make a booking in writing by fax or email correspondence.
Villa Daun will provide a written confirmation by fax or email in return.
Cancellation is only received in writing by fax or email.
No show will be charged the full 100% of total room night reserved. In case of force majored, there will be
no cancellation charge but Villa Daun will keep the payment for the next reservation.
Billing Information
Any confirmation of reservation must be followed by a 50% deposit before the cut off date. Late
Payment by US$ bank note, Rupiah bank note, Master card or Visa card only.
payments must be approved by Bali Luxury Holiday.
Balance of payment must be paid upon check in. Late payment must be approved by Villa Daun.
Should you have any special payment requests, please discuss it with Bali Luxury Holiday.
Child Policy
One child under 10 year old sharing with adults and use existing bedding is free of charge. Second child/adult
will be charged US$30 (Rp.300.000 for Domestic) net which includes one extra bed, breakfast and afternoon
tea.
