Booking Procedure :
Villa Dusun Hotel will confirm the reservation with a confirmed reservation form.
Any confirmed reservation changes are subject to the hotel’s approval excluding flight arrival time changes.
Minimum 7 room nights booking is required for Christmas and New Year period. Bookings less than 7 nights
are subject to availability at the hotels discretion.

Cancellation Policy
Low Season:
Cancellations 21 days prior to expected arrival date results in 1 room night charge.
High Season:
Cancellations 31 days prior to expected arrival date results in 1 room night charge
No Shows: 100% of total due will be payable to Villa Dusun by client’s
