villa gangsa is a 30-minute drive to the Ngurah Rai international airport, and a further 45-minute drive to the village of Ubud, which is known as the cultural and artistic pulse of Bali.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT:
Every effort will be made to have the room available by 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00pm, unless prior arrangements have been made.
DAY USE :
50% charge of the contracted rate for late check out until 18.00 hours, subject to availability.
VILLA CAPACITY :
A maximum of one additional adult in the one bedroom or two bedroom villas can be
accommodated at US$60 net per night.
CHILD POLICY :
Children are welcome. Maximum of one extra bed is provided in each villa include daily
breakfast on a complimentary basis. Children at 12 years old or above are considered as adults.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY :
Any cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days during low season and 30 (thirty) days during high season is
subject to one nights cancellation fee. No shows and cancellation on the date of arrival are subject to 100%
cancellation fee of the total number of room nights reserved. The high season period includes July, August,
September 2008 and from 20 December 2008 to 6 th January 2009.
TERMS OF PAYMENT :
Villa Gangsa could not provide a credit facility as we are small property, therefore will
be highly appreciated if all the payments could be settled in cash basis prior to guest arrival or telegraphic
transfer.
