A.services &facilities

all villas are equipped with air condition, mini bar, digital safety box, hair dryer, /DO telephone, WiFi

in case of a check out delay after 13:00 pm, a non commission able charge of 50% for 1 night of
the regular published rate will apply
delays after 17:00pm, a non commissionable charge of 100% for 1 night of the regular published
rate will apply. there is no guaranteed late check -out or early check -in possibility.
in any case an early check -in or late check -out will have to be requested minimum 24h in
advance at one of our guest relation officers.
C. Reservation Policy
all reservations are subject to availability upon request and have to be done and confirmed by
fax and email from our reservation office.
D. Cancellation and no show policies
cancellations made within 20 days prior to the date of guest arrival will be subject to 1 (one)
night cancellation fee
cancellations made 5 days or less, in the high season 20 days or less, prior to the guest arrival
and no show will be subject to a full (100%) cancellation fee of the entire period of stay
note:
all cancellations must be notified and confirmed by email and fax by our reservation office
E. Terms of payment
all bookings request a minimum 50% prepayment for the entire period of stay before the guest
arrival. the 50% of outstanding shall be payable the latest by the check in date.
all rates are quoted in US $ and have to be paid to the below mentioned USD account. if the
payment is done in lOR, the exchange rate will follow the BNI (bank negara Indonesia) from
either the date of billing from JPRS or the actual lOR vs. the US $ exchanging rate of the day,
which the bank transfer has been processed, what ever the higher rate will be.
B P L S will be charged any exchange rates differences in the favor of JPRS
