CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT :
Every effort will be made to have the room available by 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Check out time is 12.00pm, unless prior arrangements have been made.
DAY USE: 50% charge of the contracted rate for late check out until 18.00 hours, subject to availability.
ESTATE CAPACITY :
A maximum of 3 adults in each estate is allowed, (2 guests in the master bedroom and 1
guest in the studio room).
CHILD AGE RESTRICTION :
Villa Jimbaran does not accommodate children under the age of 16 years old.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY :
Any cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days during low season and 30
(thirty) days during high season is subject to one nights cancellation fee. No shows are subject to a 100%
cancellation fee of the total number of room nights reserved. The high season period includes July, August,
September and from 20 December 2008 to 6th January 2009.
TERM OF PAYMENT :
Full pre-payment for all reservations is required 6 weeks prior to arrival
