Inspired by the traditions of Bali and India, Villa Kozy is a unique collection of seven private 2BR villas located in Seminyak. Designed to respect the environment, each villa embraces the concept of outdoor living and is surrounded by a natural landscape.

Located in the heart of spot for our returning customers as Bali's famous Seminyak Area, Villa Kozy has become a favorite it offers you a time saving journey to the HOT SPOTS of Bali. It’s a perfectly fine location for any type of International Travelers [honeymooners, family, business or individuals). Your privacy, comfort, convenience and entertainment is taken care of by Villa Kozy and its Central location.

RATES

Valid from 1st April 2008 until  31st March 2009, all rate are quoted in USD. Rates are per night per day.

Term and condition :

All the above rates are including to government tax.
Daily breakfast prepared and served in villa.
Round trip airport transfer with Cold Towel and Flower upon Arrival.
In Villa Check In/Out.
In Villa Welcome Drink.
Coffee and tea making facilities.
Flow of hot & cold mineral water (at no cost).
Birthday Cake for birthday guest.
Repeater Cake for repeater guest.
In villa DVD and CD player with a choice of hundred movies titles.
Choice of Games, Cards and Book collections.
Broadband Wireless Internet Connection (at no cost).
Complimentary Foot Massage for 2 pax (Minimum of 3 Nights Stay).
Complimentary Bottle of Balinese Wine (Minimum of 3 Nights Stay).
Complimentary 1 hour SPA Massage for 2 pax (Minimum of 6 Nights Stay)

CHILDREN POLICY:

The room rates apply for single or double occupancy in one bedroom.
One Bedroom Villa,
One (1) child of 12 years old or below will be complimentary based on villa only
Two Bedroom Villa,
Two (2) children of 12 years old or below will be complimentary based on villa only
Meals and other services,
children under twelve (12) years old or below will be charged at US$ 6.00
Extra Bed
is available at an additional charge of USD 40/night inclusive breakfast and subject to availability.

CHECK IN/ OUT TIME:

Check in time is at 13:00pm and check out time is at 12:00pm.  Request for early check in is subject to availability.

RESERVATION POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required after the confirmation has been made and the 50% balance will be due according to the following conditions:
Low Season : One week prior to arrival
High Season : Two weeks prior to arrival
Peak Season : One month prior to arrival

Cancellation and No show Policy

Refer to the conditions below:
One week (7 days) prior to arrival – 50% of the total room nights reserved
Two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival – one night cancellation fee.
High Season Policy :
30 days prior to arrival. Whenever its not yet received by the indicated deadline, the reservation will be automatically released.

Peak Season Policy :
Reservation made during peak season period 30 Sept. – 06 Oct. and from 20 Dec. – 05 Jan., 50% unrefundable deposit should be receive at the latest 40 days prior to arrival.
Whenever the deposit amount is not receive by the indicated deadline the reservation automatically be released

Cancellation 72 Hours prior to the arrival date during the high and peak season as well as no show reservations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total room nights reserved.

Day Use

A 50% from the contracted room rate is applied for late check out until 06.00 PM based on availability. Any extension stays exceeding 06.00 PM will be consider a full room seasonal charge.
