Here we offer 8 Three-Bedroom Villas and a luxurious Four- Bedroom Villa (please enquire for availability and rate). Villa Estate is very private and peaceful. VILLAS SUNSET Less than 5 minutes drive south of the Villas Hotel; Villas Sunset is located closer to the beach and shops. Valid from 1st April 2008 until 31st March 2009, all rate are quoted in USD. Rates are per night per day.

Children policy :
Children 0 – 4 years old sharing existing bedding with parents, breakfast free of charge.
Children 5 – 12 years old sharing existing bedding with parents, breakfast at 50% of published rate.
Children under 12 years old using extra bed, will be charge at USD. 15 net per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.
Children above 11 years old using extra bed at USD. 30 net per night inclusive of breakfast.
Check in/out time policy :
Normal check in time is at 14.00pm.
Normal check out time is at 12.00pm. Day use until 18.00pm will be charged at 50%, and beyond 18.00pm will be considered as extended stay at full charge rate.
Cancellation :
Cancellation made within 14 days prior arrival date in normal season and within 21 days prior arrival date in high season period 20 July until 15 September. Result in the forfeiture of 1 night’s accommodation.
Cancellation made within 30 days prior arrival date in high season period 20 December until 7 January. Result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total amount.
Special bookings made in high season, for arrivals within December 27th – January 3rd must be for a minimum of 3 nights stay.
No show without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee.
Payment procedures :
A full pre-payment is required must be received by the latest 7 (seven) days during normal season,
14 (fourteen) days during high season period 20 July until 15 September and 21 days during high season
period 20 December until 7 January prior arrival date.
