Term and condition :
Rates are quoted in US Dollar.
Rates are based on per villa per night.
Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 at one bedroom villa, for 4 at two bedroom villa and for 6 at three bedroom villa.
Check in time is 14.00pm and check out time is 12.00pm.
Day use / late check out until 18.00pm will be charge 50% charge.
Cancellation policy :
Low season ;
in the event of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date, no show as well as early departure,
the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 night accommodation.
High & Peak season ;
a. in the event of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a
cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 night accommodation.
b. in the event of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a
cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full night accommodation rate.
c. no show as well as early departure will be subject to full room night charge.
Full pre payment should be received at the latest 7 days prior to guest arrival, in the event that do not
received the required payment by the deadline, we respectfully advised that Le Jardin Boutique Villa have
the right to release the reservation without prior notice.
