Term and condition :
All the above rates are including to government tax.
Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room.

Villa capacity :
Details of the number of guests including children (and their ages) required prior to acceptance of any
reservation, should party exceed the maximum villa capacity (2 adults + 1 child per room), the management
may not be able to accept the reservation. Therefore, please ensure that you select the proper villa type to
accommodate your (client s) family or group. Children under 12 years old sharing with parents using the
existing bed is free of charge and just charged for breakfast USD 5 net/ child/ day. Children over 12 years
old are considered adults and the breakfast charge is US$ 10 net/person/day.
Check in/out time :
Check-in time : after 14:00
Check-out time : before 12:00
Late check-out after 1800 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate.
Full one night rate will be applied for check out after 20:00.
Terms of Payment :
All enquiries can only be held for 3 working days without guarantee deposit before release
Payment can be made only by cash and/ or TT transfer both in US$ (Bank Note) or in Rupiah according
the MSBV bookkeeping rate.
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by MSBV within seven (7) working days after
confirmation of reservation has been given, unless separate written arrangements have been agreed by
both contracting parties.
Final payment must be paid the day the client checks into the villa.
For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is
acceptable
Use of Villa:
Normal bookings are for vacation purpose and special permission must be obtained for functions where
the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Clients should be aware that
these are private villas is located in residential neighborhoods and, as such, not all functions or events can
necessarily be accommodated. Much depends on the vagaries of the neighborhood s residents
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by MSBV in writing.
Cancellation policy for booking during regular season period :
- Without any charge 16 days before the check-in date

Between 15 days and 8 days will be charged One night room value from each villa reservation

Less than 8 days or No-Show, will be charged 100% room value from each villa reservation
Cancellation policy for booking during high season period :
Without any charge 31 days before the check-in date

Between 30 days and 15 days, will be charged One night room value for each villa reservation
