RATES

Valid from 1st April 2008 until  31st March 2009, all rate are quoted in USD. Rates are per night per day

Rates are quoted in US Dollar and are Non Commissionable
The above rates are not quoted for the internet; any requests for placing the rate on the internet should beapproved by the villa before updating. This should be strictly adhered to.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

The rates contained in this agreement are confidential, therefore should not be presented to any third parties.

CHILDREN POLICY:

he room rates apply for single or double occupancy in one bedroom.
One Bedroom Villa, One (1) child of 12 years old or below will be complimentary based on villa only
Two Bedroom Villa, Two (2) children of 12 years old or below will be complimentary based on villa only Meals and other services, children under twelve (12) years old or below will be charged at US$ 6.00

Extra Bed is available at an additional charge of USD 40/night inclusive breakfast and subject to availability.

CHECK IN/ OUT TIME:

Check in time is at 13:00pm and check out time is at 12:00pm.  Request for early check in is subject to availability.

RESERVATION POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required after the confirmation has been made and the 50% balance will be due according to the following conditions :

Cancellation and No show Policy

Refer to the conditions below:

High Season Policy:

Reservation made during high season period July 15 – Sep. 15, a 50% un-refundable deposit should be received at the latest 30 days prior to arrival dates. Whenever the deposit is not yet received by theindicated deadline, reservation will be automatically released.

Peak Season Policy :

Reservation made during peak season period 30 Sept. – 06 Oct. and from 20 Dec. – 05 Jan., 50% unrefundable deposit should be receive at the latest 40 days prior to arrival.Whenever the deposit amount is not receive by the indicated deadline the reservation automatically bereleasedCancellation 72 Hours prior to the arrival date during the high and peak season as well as no show reservations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total room nights reserved.

Day Use

A 50% from the contracted room rate is applied for late check out until 06.00 PM based on availability. Anyextension stays exceeding 06.00 PM will be consider a full room seasonal charge.
