Check in / Check out :
Every effort will be made to have the room available by 14.00pm on the day of arrival.
Check out time is
12.00pm, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Day use :
50% charge of the room rate for late check out until 18.00pm, subject to available.
Villa capacity :
Villa Nusadua strictly observes a villa capacity policy. Extra beds are not allowed in the villa.
Children age restriction :
Villa Ubud do not cater for children under the age of 16 years.
Cancellation / No Show Policy :
Any cancellation within 21 days during low season and 30 days during high season is subject to 1 nights
cancellation fee.
No Show are subject to 100% cancellation fee of the total number of room nights reserved.
The high season period includes July, August, September and from 20 December to 6th January.
Terms of Payment :
Full pre-payment for all reservations is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Credit facilities are available on
request.
