For the group traveler’s rate at USD 80 (ROH) will be applicable for minimum 6 rooms booking per night and 1 room is free of charge for more than 8 rooms booking per night.

The Original voucher from the agents must be presented by guest upon check in at the front desk in exchange for confirmed reservation and payment guarantee.

FIT & GIT Reservation:

FIT
Cancellation received 14 days for the low season (January 8th to July 19th and September 16th to December 19th ) and 21 days for the high season period (July 20th to September 15th and December 20th to January 7th ), shall not be subject to any penalties.
One night contracted room rate will be charged for any cancellation received less than 14 days for the low season and 21 days for the high season.
Less than 3 days notice and voluntary no show will be charged in full for the room nights booked.
Early departure and or check out will be charged in full for all booked.

GROUP

For group (min 8 rooms) at contract rate, the followings apply:
Cancellation received 21 days for the low season (January 8th to July 19th and September 16th to December 19th ) and 28 days for the high season period (July 20th to September 15th and December 20th to January 7th ), shall not be subject to any penalties.
One night contracted room rate will be charged for any cancellation received less than 21 days for the low season and 28 days for the high season.
Less than 3 days notice and voluntary no show will be charged in full for the room nights booked.
Early departure and or check out will be charged in full for all booked.

Validity:

This agreement is valid from April 01st 2008 and shall continuous until March 31st, 2009 unless earliest terminated by both parties.

Booking Policy:

You are required to make a booking in writing by e-mail correspondence.
baliluxuryholiday@gmail.com will provide a written confirmation by e-mail in return.
Cancellation is only received in writing by e-mail.
No show will be charged in full for the room nights booked. In case of force majored, there will be no cancellation charge but baliluxuryholiday@gmail.com will keep the deposit for the next reservation.

Payment by US$ bank note, Master card or Visa card, Dinners or Amex card only.
Payment by TC or any other credit card is not accepted.
Any confirmation of reservation must be followed by a 50% deposit before the cut off date. Late payments must be approved by baliluxuryholiday@gmail.com.
