LOCATION

From Ngurah Rai International Airport follow the Ngurah Rai road for 20 km, turn right onto Batubulan road and follow for 15 km, turn right onto Sanggingan road and follow for 5 km, turn left onto Andong road and follow for 1.5 km, turn right into Villa Viceroy.

RATES

Valid from 1st March 2008 until  31st March 2009, all rate are quoted in USD. Rates are per night per day

All the above rates are including to government tax.
Nightly Pool Villa accommodation.

Daily choice of Continental, American or Asian breakfast.
24hr free private transport services to/ from Ubud center.

CHILD POLICY / FAMILY PLAN :

Villa Viceroy does not encourage children under the age of twelve and if children are to stay the guest will be required to sign an indemnity form.
Children nightly room rate and charges please contact Villa Viceroy.
To ensure guest comfort, only one extra bed per villa is permitted at all times.

OVERLAPPING BOOKINGS :

Check-in date falls on 31st of March and overlaps into April then the contract rates expiring 31st March shall apply throughout the duration of the booking.

RESERVATION POLICY :

No Room allotments.
Email to baliluxuryholiday@gmail.com all booking information as far in advance as possible.
Confirmation is subject to villa availability and first-come-first-served basis.

PAYMENT :

Full advance payment at least 3 days prior to each guest’s arrival date.
All rates are in US$ and include the local 21% prevailing government taxes and service charge, which is subject to change when changes are made in the government of Indonesian’s taxation rules.
All contract rates are net amounts and non-commissionable.
Payment must be free of any bank commission or charges imposed by any bank.
Without payment, Villa Viceroy Bali has the full right to decline accommodation to guests or ask payment from guests upon check-in.
To secure any confirmed booking during high season, Villa Viceroy may ask for a deposit equivalent to 50% of total night's booked upon confirmation of each booking or not later than 30 days prior to guest arrival, after which The Viceroy Bali reserves the right to automatically release the villa without prior notice.

OTHER :

Rates are valid for all international markets unless specified therein.
This agreement is abided to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be discussed between both parties internally. However, in case legal action is the last source of solving such dispute, both parties agree to choose Denpasar Bali as place for the arbitration.
Any special requirement not stated herein should be discussed separately and attached to this contract as an addendum. (appendix)

CANCELLATIONS & CANCELLATION CHARGES :

Cancellations have to be faxed ( +62 361 8445078 / 758194 ) or emailed (baliluxuryholiday@gmail.com) and the date of the received email or fax will be considered the cancellation date and will be subject to the following charges:

Regular season :
- 14 days prior to guest arrival = 1 Night’s charge.
- Inside 72 hours/No-show Full charge but not exceeding 3 nights.

High season:
- 30 days prior to each guest arrival = 1 Night’s charge.
- Inside 96 hours/No-show = Full charge but not exceeding 3 nights.

CHECK IN/OUT :

Check-in time is 14:00 hours & Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
Early arrival is subject to the availability and readiness of villa.
Upon Check in guest must present the original Service Voucher containing reservation number for all pertaining services and billing instructions.
Late checkout is subject to prior arrangement and villa availability.
