“The vision of life is that of the Eagle… with clarity and purpose in being. The wings are strong and carry the spirit to the highest levels of self-understanding and spiritual growth as a human being.”
-Aztec tales: Lost warrior-

If you enjoy the rich taste of authentic Californian-Mexican cuisine, with bright red, blue, green and orange playfully dancing in your peppers, harmonised by the relaxing sounds of a fountain, you’ll be happy to hear the famous TJ’s is introducing some refreshing temptations.

Tequila-lovers… get ready! TJ’s presents its brand new, mouth-watering tequila menu with no less than 6 tequila brands to choose from, 11 different kinds of margaritas, shaken or frozen, and, for the daredevils, 6 ‘Tequila Trips’!

Coming soon are Bali Moon Ladies’ Nights (buy one, get two) on Mondays, Tequila Nights on Wednesdays, Storm Shelter Nights (serving Storm Beer) on Fridays, and new Mexican bar snacks.
Extra fancy honey roasted granola, hot smoked and mild tomato salsa, and mango tamarillo lime salsa are all freshly homemade and are now for sale to enjoy at home.

The lovely atmosphere in TJ’s would keep you there all night, if it wasn’t for the non-stop flow of people entering this cheerfully painted restaurant. Many guests are seated at the movie-like bar with alluring, handcrafted barstools, anticipating a delectable dish from TJ’s delightful menu.

Still immensely popular are the Taquitos, deep fried corn tortillas stuffed with shredded beef (TJ’s uses self-ground corn for its tortillas), TJ’s Nachos, and delicious dips as an entrée; Fajitas (fun to roll yourself), and the lovely seafood dishes for a main course, and chocolate cake mousse with a Mexican coffee to top it all off. Lip-smackingly tasty!

By producing consistently fine dishes for 23 years, TJ’s has become a Kuta treasure for many people, including myself…
