Not only providing the mouthwatering culinary journey in a peaceful niche of Sayan village, this regal eatery brings the service of excellence to the highest international standards, in a setting that is both formal and yet warm and welcoming. At Indochine, authenticity is the keyword of the menu. For the entrée, try the unique taste of Goi Cuon as one of its signatures. This appetizer consists of rice paper roll, Sanur prawns with fresh herbs, lettuce, bean shoots, and authentic spiced Viatnemese nuoc nam dressing. The smooth prawns and fresh herbs are a brilliant twist that really work to wake your appetite. Moving to the highlight menu is Cha Cung, a combination of fresh chicken fillet in spicy Vietnamese style and fresh red curry paste. Perfectly accompanied with delectable yet artistic garnish and steamed rice, this main course is totally sublime. Meanwhile, to entertain your sweet tooth, take the Trio Asian Delight; a truly amazing desert of delicious mung bean puree, tender yellow bean, soft pearl sago, with sweet coconut milk. Moist and not too heavy, this is a delightful finale to a fine and delicious meal. As all of the dishes on the menu are reasonably portioned, you may be forgiven to not taste every single zest of the menu.
