Kuta Beach

Kuta Sea Sand Land was held to celebrate the Republic of Indonesia’s Independence Day. The name “Kuta Sea Sand Land” was chosen to honour the Sea with all of its great and natural wealth, Sand as a symbol of diversity and Land as a symbol of unity. Activities and performances during the festival will be performed and arranged by members of the banjars in Kuta including parades, art and cultural attractions, international competitions, international music entertainment, Badung fashion carnivals, food festivals, youth activities, Kuta world flair championship, fruit carving competition and performances by local and international artists. In addition to maximizing Kuta’s role and support in the local tourism industry, Kuta Sea Sand Land festival will bring together the local and international community in preserving art, culture and customs of the Kuta community in particular.
