Just recently, a selection of new and refreshed menu has been released, two of which Chef Dove thoroughly recommends. Organic and nutritious, these new dishes are health conscious and vegetarian-friendly. Diners will be able to sample Executive Chef Dove Sudarsana’s passion, imagination and creativity through these meticulous creations;  the Les Tagliatelles aux “Pistaches” – pistachio sauce and organic poached egg; and La Betterave – beetroot and goat cheese raviolis, cèpes mushroom and black truffle jus. Just like the rest of the items on the menu, these newcomers are impressively showcased, entertaining guests both visually and tastefully. Chef Dove also recommends the newest dessert on the menu, Le Colonel, an exclusive combination of homemade lime sorbet with mini bottle of ‘Beluga’ noble Russian vodka. According to Chef Dove, the restaurant is intent on its effort to promote clean and healthy eating. “We’re leaning towards newer and fresher menu selections. Diners today are looking for organic and vegetarian-friendly dishes, which we definitely support in line with our efforts in promoting healthy eating,” he said. When asked about what inspires him and the inspiration behind the creation of a new menu, Chef Dove says, “It just comes to me.”
