Teras Ubud by Plataran launches a brand new menu offering guests a taste of distinctive Balinese and Indonesian cuisines, accompanied by flavourful and unique drinks. Nasi Berempah Beef Rendang, recently voted Asia’s most delicious dish by CNN, provides a signature taste of Sumatra and one of Indonesia’s most iconic recipes. Teras Ubud by Plataran will also serve up Nasi Goreng Cekuh with Pork Belly Sambal Matah, and Ayam Salad Mangga, steamed rice with deep-fried chicken, carrots, pomelo, mango and tangy Thai sauce. The new menu also includes three Signature Beverages: Tropical Blues, which blends lime, mint, blue curacao syrup and soda; Virgin Naughty Lady, combining lemon, strawberry, almond and ginger; and Mint “De” Rita, with mint leaves, sweet & sour and mint syrup.
