For those who are into spicy food, try the restaurant’s new Salmon Kazan Sushi (Salmon sushi with spicy mayo), Fish Roll (sushi roll with whitefish teriyaki, whitefish karaage and flying fish roe), and Salmon Mayo Tempura Roll (fried salmon, corned beef and mayonnaise Tempura roll).

The next must-try is Bakudan Sushi, a deliciously satisfying and savoury salmon sushi with simmered beef and Onsen Tamago.

Another new dish that is set to be a popular favourite is the Crunchy Salmon Roll, a mouthwatering fried salmon and ginger combo on a crunchy sushi roll. It’s definitely a must-try for those who love fresh salmon!
