Holiday Experiences at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali
This November, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali presents another thoughtful agenda of dining experiences and wellness activities to anticipate the leisure needs of all in-house guests.
Prego is celebrating its sensational 6th anniversary and everyone is invited to the party with a family-friendly Birthday Fair and a special carnival-inspired brunch every Sunday throughout November to honour the occasion. Ikan Restaurant by the beach will be highlighting traditional Balinese street food throughout the coming month. As part of the Marriott Bonvoy ‘Ayo Makan’ campaign, guests can savour Nasi Ayam Bu Oki, which is a local culinary favourite. This specialty chicken dish comes served with steamed rice, blanched vegetables tossed in grated coconut and a spicy sambal sauce. It is perhaps one of the best introductions to Balinese cuisine.
For lovers of authentic Japanese cuisine, Hamabe will be promoting tuna all month long. This offer is inspired by Senchou, which is a way of cooking tuna using all parts of the fish including the head, tail and bones. It is a humble tradition whereby a small amount of fish is filleted directly on the boat and then sold to local people. Dishes such as Tuna Gokai Kama Yaki, Yokubari Don, Tuna Tataki and many more will be available on the menu.
The resort’s wellness calendar will feature Aqua Prana Yoga during November. Performed in water, it is an exciting version of yoga whereby the feeling of weightlessness in the pool takes the stress out of challenged joints. It helps to strengthen lung capacity and makes for effortless breathing whilst moving. This activity is not only restorative, it also promotes deep physical and mental relaxation. Available at the Premium Pool for IDR 200,000 nett per person.
A Deep Cleanse Ritual at Heavenly Spa by Westin promises the perfect holiday indulgence. It involves cleansing the body with an East Bali sea salt exfoliation and a Kintamani clay infusion in the steam room. This is followed by a refreshing shower and an aromatic lotion to restore the skin’s natural radiance. Priced at just IDR 1,000,000 nett per person for 90 minutes.
Lastly, a unique candle massage will be available exclusively at Heavenly Spa by Westin to ease tension, soothe the senses and promote deep relaxation.
