Atun Diablo – pan-seared marinated tuna served with guacamole, pico de gallo and romaine lettuce; Poke Bowl Sashimi Salad – tuna and salmon sashimi cubes, lettuce, avocado, pomegranate, edamame, red radish, toasted sesame seed served with tamanegi dressing; Chicken Tikka Salad – clay oven-roasted chicken tikka with cucumber, onion, lime, tomato and coriander leaves served with mint leave chutney; Sushi Delights including an Assorted Sushi Platter, Hamachi Tiradito – sliced Hamachi served with Yuzu Dressing, Orange Pulp and Daikon Micro Green; Abuchi Salmon Roll; Dragon Roll and Crispy Futo Maki.
