The entire point of learning First Aid is to preserve life, prevent escalation of  illness or injury, promote recovery, pain relief and protect the unconscious. The goal is to train staff members to always be ready for an emergency to ensure the safety of guests.

“When it comes to accidents or incidents, we hope that none would ever happen on our premises; however, we know that accidents can and will happen and often cause injuries – minor and major – and accidents could be life-threatening. In an accident, every second counts. First aid training is designed to provide the practical knowledge and skills to provide immediate help and care for our staff and guests in the hotel area especially”, said General Manager Saranam Resort & Spa, Mr. Kahar Salamun.

The interactive learning solutions obtained through the First Aid Training with BIMC will enable the hotel staff to deliver life-saving information to guests and provide excellent services.
