The Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono announced continuation of the Trans Java toll road to Bali.

“We will continue this toll road to Bali” Basuki said, quoted on Wednesday (24/6/2020).

According to Basuki, the Trans Java toll road with a total length of 1,350 kilometers that has just been fully connected operational in 2019, connects the western and eastern ends of the island of Java.

The investment potential in the Trans Java toll road was presented by Basuki to a group of Turkish businessmen, contractors and investors who attended the Indonesia-Turkey Construction Business Forum.

In addition to the investment potential in the Trans Java toll road, Basuki also explained the investment potential in the Trans Sumatra toll road project, dam construction and other projects.

In the forum which was attended by the Turkish Minister of Trade Ruhsar Pekcan and the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Turkey Lalu Muhamad Iqbal, Basuki also explained a number of achievements of the Indonesian government on various infrastructure projects.
