The ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali officially announced that the hotel will re-open its doors to guests on July 31, 2020 with new, extensive cleaning and sanitation protocols in place. This includes guest services, food and beverage outlets and beach facilities. However, recreational facilities such as the Kid’s club and Spa remain closed at present, as the hotel is adhering to safe distancing guidelines set out by the local authorities
New strict safety and hygiene procedures have been put in place to comply with local government and WHO guidelines to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of guests and team members. Additionally, innovative services have been introduced to improve guest experiences and business enhancement.
“The health of our guests, employees and surrounding community remains our top priority. So, when we decide to recommence hotel operations, we must strictly adhere to World Health Organization (WHO) and the Indonesian Government’s health and safety protocols” said Denny A. Ermansyah, The ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali General Manager.
“We are taking these enhanced health and sanitation measures very seriously. And we will always keep updated with the new information from the government and take measurable actions to make sure the hotel remains safe for everyone.”
The ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali has crafted new procedures following the latest World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on safety and hygiene. The Resort has placed touch-free sanitation dispensers in all common areas; entrances, lobbies, meeting rooms and social areas to provide guests and team members with access to antibacterial hand sanitizer at any time.
At high-frequency touch points along throughout the hotel, extensive measures are being taken to protect guests and team members, including requiring social distancing measures; mandatory screening for all guests and employees (which may include a body temperature check); face masks provided to all guests, as well as worn by all team members; increased frequency of cleaning & disinfecting, with a focus on high-touch points; and continued use of EPA approved disinfecting chemicals.
All team members are undergoing rigorous training and have begun implementing the updated sanitation protocols to ensure the hotel is in the most pristine condition and ready for guests to return.
Upon reopening, the hotel has and will continue to make health and sanitation its first priority, closely monitoring government policy changes, World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and public health advancements.
